I bet many of you like sweets! I did not know, that you can actually have a sweet version of sushi, which is called a tropical sushi. Sounds healthy and exotic! :-) Unfortunately I do not know the exact recipe but managed to photograph some of the actions and results in my kitchen! Some rolling, unwrapping and done! .... was yummy! By the way, these delicacies were prepared by my favourite Edinburgh chef, who currently works as a chef catering for events at Edinburgh University, and weddings. He was far too shy to be photographed - but you never know, I might get his photographs next time and I can reveal his identity to you all!
