What an amazing, sunny, and warm day it was for this lovely couple’s photo session in Edinburgh! Edinburgh truly shines when the sun is out, and there’s no better way to explore the city than capturing moments of love and happiness through photography. To ensure we could avoid the crowds and make the most of the peaceful atmosphere, I always suggest starting the session early in the morning. It was a fantastic Saturday morning when we set off to discover some of the most iconic spots in Edinburgh.

We roamed the historic Royal Mile, a perfect backdrop for any couple’s photo session. Its cobbled streets, ancient buildings, and vibrant atmosphere make for an unforgettable scene. From there, we made our way to the Vennel Steps, one of Edinburgh’s hidden gems, offering breathtaking views of Edinburgh Castle. It was an ideal spot for capturing the essence of the city—romantic, historic, and full of character. The Princess Street Gardens, with its lush greenery and stunning views of the city, were another highlight.
